The Citroën C8 features a complete
series of equipment items and functions to fully control the
vehicle and allow the driver to concentrate on the road:

Emergency braking assistance and
automatic flashing of the warning lights in case of hard
braking,

A low tyre pressure detection
system, on versions fitted with aluminium wheels,

A programmable overspeed alert
can also be activated, which allows the driver to preset a
max. speed not to be exceeded,

An electronic parking-aid allows
the driver to manoeuver very easily,

Electrochrome rear view mirror,
-
An automatic system to put on
the lights in case of rain or poor lighting conditions is
also available, depending on the versions.

The C8 also fetures superb Saftey
features unfound in other MPV. It platform has been fully
modified and reinforced, in order to pass the most severe crash
tests, including EuroNcap, but also to offer better comfort.
Overall, the structure is now 30% more rigid than that of the
Evasion. The standard C8 has six airbags, to protect all
passengers. Two lateral airbags are embedded in the front seats
to protect the chest, and two curtain inflatable bags are
provided to protect passengers' heads on each seating row.
